MOVIE TIME
On Friday, 13th June, students from Standards 5 to 11 were taken for the screening of a special movie ‘E Valayam’, at Dhanya Theatre.
The students had the privilege of watching its first show.
E-Valayam is a powerful film that explores the theme of addiction, not only to alcohol but more significantly, to mobile phones and digital gaming—an issue highly relevant to today’s youth. The movie conveyed a strong social message about the dangers of excessive screen time and the emotional and physical impact of mobile addiction.
The students thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and more importantly, came away with valuable insights on maintaining a healthy balance in life and using technology responsibly.
