CLASS XII OVERNIGHT CAMP - GULMOHAR

A Journey Beyond Academics

Mar Baselios Public School organized an enriching and rejuvenating Overnight Camp for the students of Class XII on 25th and 26th September 2026. The camp was organized by the School Management and the Higher Secondary Staff with the aim of providing students with a refreshing break from their academic routine while nurturing essential life skills and strengthening their confidence, cooperation and leadership abilities.

The programme was inaugurated by the Administrator, Rev. Fr. Anoop Joseph, who encouraged the students to make the most of the experience. The Principal extended a warm welcome to the students and participants.

The two-day camp was thoughtfully planned with a variety of engaging activities. Students participated in team-building exercises, group work, peer teaching, leadership activities, games, fun-filled activities and motivational sessions. Special emphasis was given to practical life skills, including CPR training, personal hygiene, gardening and cleaning activities. These hands-on experiences helped students understand the importance of responsibility, teamwork, self-discipline, empathy and caring for their surroundings.

The camp provided students with opportunities to interact beyond the classroom, develop stronger peer relationships and discover their own strengths and abilities. The combination of learning, recreation and reflection made the experience both meaningful and memorable.

The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks by the Vice Principal, expressing gratitude to the Management, Administrator, Principal, teachers and all those who contributed to making the camp a successful and enriching experience.

The Class XII Overnight Camp was truly a refreshing journey of learning, bonding, responsibility and personal growth, leaving the students rejuvenated and better equipped with valuable skills for life beyond the classroom.
