Touching Lives: Mar Baselios Public School Launches Silver Jubilee Housing Project
KOTTAYAM: In a profound demonstration of social responsibility and compassion marking its 25th Silver Jubilee Anniversary, Mar Baselios Public School has officially launched the Housing Project. Under this noble initiative, the school community has pledged to construct and donate five houses for homeless families in the region.
In a heartwarming milestone, the first completed home was successfully inaugurated by H.G. Dr. Yuhanon Mar Diascoros, Metropolitan of the Kottayam Diocese on 29th May, 2026.
This project reflects the core values of Mar Baselios Public School, extending education beyond the classroom into real-world community service. The management expressed their deep gratitude to the faculty, parents, students, and well-wishers whose collective generosity and tireless efforts made the first phase of this dream project a reality. As the school steps into its jubilee year, work on the remaining four houses will progress under the school's dedicated supervision.
