Orange Day celebration themed " Outshine in Orange ' was held in the KG section of Mar Baselios Public School on Friday, 4th October 2024.On this day, the entire school environment transformed into a sea of orange, with students, teachers, and classrooms all reflecting the color's brightness. From balloons and banners to the children’s outfits, everything was carefully planned to enhance the joy of learning.
The Day was not only about having fun but also about learning important concepts in an engaging way. Children saw that Red and Yellow paint mixed together gave an Orange shade. They were introduced to the significance of the color orange in nature, like the setting sun, autumn leaves, and nutritious fruits such as oranges, carrots and pumpkins.These experiences foster an appreciation for the natural world . Through activities of art projects and story telling sessions , children developed a better understanding of the world around them, while also sharpening their cognitive and motor skills
